I liked the square with the ice sculptures, but the bowling alley...is about 20 years behind in development..

Hello! Dear administration of RK Universal, maybe you can train your employees to at least some level of service? Tell them what subordination is? On July 30, we came to play billiards in the evening and went to the payment counter. We waited until the woman came up (as I later found out her name was Natalya, in the photo), without raising her eyes from the phone, playing the “Listen” toy on it, we ordered a table, she punched the check, handed it over, all this time also without looking up from the phone. After which, instead of giving the balls, she continues to play. When asked if we were disturbing her, she rudely replied, “Wait, why will the table run away?” , finishes the game on the phone and gives the balls. How's that? I heard that your service is poor, but how bad? I ask her name, she replies “Go play”, do we know each other so that I can also poke with such intonation? A guy sat nearby who also refused to say her name. As a result, she turned on the wrong table at all, they ordered 1, turned on 3. After they approached her, she said that 1 is crooked, play for 2. Which, by the way, is also crooked! Then a man came up and they all watched us together. Naturally we left, I didn’t even know that in the 21st century such hacks are hired to work in places where people relax
