Got a friendly welcoming. The pancakes had too much strawberry syrup on them and not enough Nutella. Eggs were fine sausage links were dry and so was the hash browns and the toast was burnt. Waitress never came by to check in us. Disappointed, had thought this would be a great place. Meal type: Breakfast

This was my 4th visit, each time just trying one more time to give it a chance. The food is horrible. On this last visit, I was given a substitute for what I ordered, without alerting me. When I asked for something else, I was told I could pick any side, which I did. The only thing I liked on my plate was the eggs. When the check came, I was charged for the replacement side and had to spend 30 minutes explaining I would not pay for it because the waitress "didn't know at first" that it would be an extra charge. Very disappointing experience. Meal type: Breakfast

From the moment you walk in, there is a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and enjoy your meal. Our go to is the parmesan crusted chicken, it never disappoints and is always cooked perfectly with great flavor. Over time, we have worked our way through a good portion of the menu, trying everything from pizza and burgers to the veggies in between, and every dish has been consistently good. It is clear they take pride in what they serve, and that consistency is what keeps us coming back. Whether you are stopping in for a casual meal or meeting up with family and friends, University Diner is a reliable spot that delivers quality food and a great overall experience every time.
