Food is 10 out of 10, the service was good took a little while for food to come out but overall excellent service. I do wish the coconut waffle had more of a coconut taste. Will recommend and come back Price per person: $50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had an extremely frustrating experience at Unknown Atlanta and the valet service at this restaurant. During my visit, I handed over my car to the outdoor valet as expected. When I went to retrieve it, my key fob was missing. We went inside the restaurant at sat for 30 minutes and no server came to the table so we decided to leave. What made the situation worse was that the valet staff refused to take responsibility and acted as if nothing had happened, despite the fact that my vehicle was in their care the entire time. They gas lighted me by pretending to look at the restaurants camera to see if we were there and made promises to call back and resolve the problem but every time we called back, they said they hadnt had a chance to view the cameras and gave us the run around. Losing a key fob is not a minor issue—it’s expensive to replace and creates a major inconvenience and security concern. The lack of accountability and professionalism from the staff was unacceptable. I strongly recommend others think twice before using their valet service until they improve their handling of customers’ property and take responsibility when mistakes happen.
