UNSACCO is a bakery based in Milan that every day produces bread, focaccias, cakes made with organic Italian ancient grains. Every product . Our flours are mainly whole grains, stone milled and are bought by small Italian farmers. We are also specialized in vegan cakes and vegan biscuits. UNSACCO is also a benefit company with the objective of spreading the cultivations of Italian ancient grains, take care of health of customers and environment. All recipes are done by a nutritionist.

When we arrived in Milan we realised Unsacco was just down the road from us and what perfect luck. All of the food is vegan, with a huge variety of authentic Italian sweet and savoury pastries/cakes. The focaccia is delicious (our favourites were the tomato and zucchini). The owner made us feel at home instantly, kindly letting us practice our Italian. He gave recommendations each day.
