UNSACCO is a bakery based in Milan that every day produces bread, focaccias, cakes made with organic Italian ancient grains. Every product . Our flours are mainly whole grains, stone milled and are bought by small Italian farmers. We are also specialized in vegan cakes and vegan biscuits. UNSACCO is also a benefit company with the objective of spreading the cultivations of Italian ancient grains, take care of health of customers and environment. All recipes are done by a nutritionist.

If you are a bread lover you MUST visit and experience the bread here because you can’t find anything like this anywhere else. They are truly passionate about using local ancient grains. Everything is so flavourful and delicious. The bread is easy to digest and can be enjoyed completely on its own. The vegan cookie was surprisingly buttery (but they use rice milk and vegan butter and you would never know it). The espresso is also nice and not bitter at all! The quality is 100/100 here.
