Uohan Shokudo, a popular restaurant with a long history, has been standing for decades in a residential area just off the main street. This is a store that is a distant relative of mine, and when I was a kid, I used to come here often, but since I became independent, I haven't had the chance to go there, and it's been decades since I last visited. It's delicious no matter what you eat, but I personally recommend the 650 yen Katsudon with Uohan's original sauce, which I've been familiar with since I was a child. The thicker the cutlet, the better, but the thin cutlet and the sauce are a perfect match.
