Unfortunately a terrible experience. Been good in past but new servers almost ignored me, no ask for drink or anything. Food came out and apparently my pizza is supposed to be cold. Very unfriendly and I was seated right at the bar. Lots of whining by staff of wanting to go home. Would have been better if they didn't come to work. Best of luck to others. We love Up North Pizza. We don't miss any Wednesday we work off our night shift. Friendly staff. Clean. And oh yeah ... the pizza. Delicious. Great drinks and appetizers. Don't miss out y'all! We use to eat at Up North Pizza Pub every Friday. It was my wife's and my lunch date and we loved the food. The last time we went we brought food for my 3 year old daughter to eat, because she won't eat anything on the menu. Were were asked to either take the food out or leave. So we left. I'm still amazed they would ask us to leave over food for my 3 year old. I wrote a letter letting them know how much money we spent and how often we had eaten there. No response from them. It's pretty upsetting. They don't seem to care about regular customers or customer service in general.
