While waiting in line, I noticed the guy taking orders and preparing food never changed his gloves. He handled the register, took cash, and then prepared food with the same gloves. This raises serious concerns about food safety in this restaurant. I would never pay $20 for a sandwich given this kind of service and lack of basic hygiene.
