During my recent transit at Bahrain International Airport, traveling from Italy to Sri Lanka, I stopped by Upper Crust Café for a quick coffee and some snacks and it turned out to be such a pleasant experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly attitude from the staff. The service was incredibly fast and professional, yet very personal at the same time. The Philippine lady at the counter and the cashier truly stood out she served me with genuine kindness and attention to detail, making sure everything was perfect. I ordered a coffee and a few snacks, and everything was fresh, nicely presented, and tasted great. Even though the airport was busy, the staff managed to maintain a calm and welcoming atmosphere, which made my short break very relaxing. I really appreciate the great customer service and the positive attitude of the team. It’s not often you come across such genuine hospitality at an airport café. A big thank you to the Upper Crust team especially the Philippine lady who gave perfect service. Highly recommended for anyone passing through Bahrain International Airport and looking for a good coffee, tasty snacks, and outstanding service.
