We called in just for coffee's and soft drinks, but soon decided to have some cakes and the Grandson had a breakfast croissant. All the food was lovely and tasty. Staff extremely polite & professional. Will most definitely visit again if we are ever in the area. Service: Dine in Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A group of 6 of us came on a Sunday morning and the owner was quick to attend to all of us and did his very best to ensure we were all seated and comfortable and all food was brought out together despite only 2 members of staff working due to illnesses that day. This was my first time in Milton Keynes and I will be definitely be back to visit the cafe and will always recommend to other. Upper Regency Cafe & Bistro is fantastic! Their coffee and Marocan tea is rich and flavourful, the staff and owner are friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Their pastries and food are fresh and delicious, making it a perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. Highly recommend!
