The quality of drinks has deteriorated a lot! It used to be our favorite coffee, always bought in pairs. Now - the baristas have changed, from coffee there is only the word coffee, only milk. As if diluted with water. Cold coffee, strawberry and chocolate used to be a favorite, but now it's just strawberry. And at the request of the barista to add chocolate syrup, which they have, since they still have hot strawberry chocolate, she replied that it is not possible! Although we were ready to pay extra. The price of coffee did not change, considering that one syrup was taken away. They decided to take lemonade, since the coffee was spoiled, they just gave a full glass of ice, as if a piece of the iceberg had been broken off, so that even the tube would not be inserted! Conclusion: we are very disappointed and have no desire to visit urban coffee on Karpinsky anymore.
