Visited the Midlothian location a few weeks ago. After receiving our food, a friend noticed a hair on her carrots. Then after about 10 minutes of eating, we noticed another hair in my son’s bagel - in between the salmon and cream cheese. I took the plate to the employee working the register and let her know about the hair..her only response was “I’m sorry”. Nothing else was said or done. We weren’t offered a fresh food order, reimbursement. Also noticed that the women preparing the food seemed like they were in a foul mood, didn’t want to be there, or have anything to do with the customers. I really wanna like this place but every single time I've been here the air conditioning isnt working and they dont have the doors open. It's been two months of this and I think I will have to wait to come back until winter comes around again because 83 degrees for a cafe is too hot. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
