Food was amazing also highly rate their Santa Fe side to amazing tacos. I had the breakfast burrito yesterday and it was the tastiest food I have had in a long time. Staff were lovely even in the high heat. The food was very reasonable priced and a good wait time on such a busy day such as Father's Day. Amazing experiance! As we came through the door of Urban Lounge yesterday morning, my husband and I were greeted by a very polite young gentleman who immediately made us feel most welcome — almost as though we were stepping into our own home. It is always such a pleasure to be acknowledged so warmly. Before placing our order, I mentioned to Ed that my husband was rather pressed for time as he had a meeting just down the road. Despite the café being quite busy at that hour, Ed was extremely accommodating and very kindly ensured our order was prioritised. We were both most appreciative of his thoughtfulness and efficiency. I must also say how attentive the overall service was. Our table was cleared promptly, everything was served with a smile, and we were asked if we needed anything further without feeling hurried even though we were on a time limit. The atmosphere was relaxed yet very well organised by Ed, which was especially impressive given how busy it was at the time. It is clear that customer care is taken seriously here. Small gestures — polite conversation, eye contact, and genuine attentiveness — truly make all the difference. We shall most certainly return and would not hesitate to recommend Urban Lounge to others looking for excellent service and a welcoming environment.
