Canceled my Plates Pass today because Urban Plates is trying to blame this 3% surcharge on the new California minimum wage rule, which specifically does not apply to Urban Plates with only 19 locations. It is dishonest, manipulative, greedy, and does nothing to benefit those who work there. Whoever at corporate decided this is a good idea is a monumental loser. The food is pretty whatever and very inconsistent. I used to get the fresh beet salad and every time I ordered it tasted completely different with a different preparation. None of the other items I had ever felt they were worth the money. I was trying to eat healthy but there are plenty of healthy options out there which aren’t as bland as what urban plates serves. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Atmosphere: 1
