We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations during your stay. Your feedback is taken very seriously, and we would like to extend our apologies for the issues encountered in your room, particularly regarding lighting, comfort, television, heating, and room darkening. Regarding your restaurant experience, we regret that our offerings did not fully satisfy you. We have opted for a limited menu to ensure homemade dishes, prepared with fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients, which also explains the pricing on our menu. Regarding accessibility, we understand that the many stairs may pose an issue, especially for elderly guests. We would like to note that a flat path is accessible through the gardens, and an elevator is available at the reception and within the hotel building for guests with reduced mobility. Ultimate Provence enjoys a privileged location in the heart of the beautiful Plaine des Maures nature reserve, offering an exceptional natural setting, although external amenities require a short drive, approximately 10 minutes. We are pleased that you enjoyed the heated pool, despite the inconveniences related to the cleanliness of the sun loungers. Our staff is available to intervene immediately to address your requests.
