As a nurse doing shift work and graduate student, finding the time to eat healthy can be difficult. Urban meals has allowed me to maintain my hectic schedule while still eat healthy , nutritious , great tasting food while helping me achieve my fitness goals. It has helped support my goals of weight management and muscle building. Urban meals is reasonably priced and was much tastier in comparison to other meal programs i have used in the past . It is a very flexible plan with lots of variety. I have recommended them to anyone with similar goals or a busy schedule. I am a repeat customer and others i have referred others as well .

Great nutritious meals, keeps my schedule easy and prep for the week! Sometimes I'll open one up while on the saddle and hammering those time trials!
