While visiting Valencia, we found Urubrasa, a Uruguayan Steakhouse, serving authentic Uruguayan asado, chorizo, morcilla & parrillada among other dishes. Great atmosphere, service and owners were excellent! If you are in Valencia and you have the opportunity to visit this Uruguayan gem, I truly recommend it, you will not regret it!
