Was sent 6 lbs of bockwurst in one big package frozen instead of smaller packages that could be meals. Now if unthawed, not a good idea to refreeze.

It's called Garden District now, but don't order food if you don't have 90 minutes minimum to wait for it. Had an hour before my flight, so I ordered breakfast. After I ordered, and waiting 45 minutes, I was told they had no idea when my order would be ready. I understand staffing shortages, but let people know beforehand

Terrible service. There were few customers but more than adequate staff. Ordered a simple chicken sandwich. Had to leave after 35 minutes of waiting without the sandwich to catch my flight.
