'우시야' 식당에 있는 소고기가 정말 맛있어요. 육회와 육사시미 매우 매우 부드러워요. 한우 프리미엄 구운 쇠고기는 훌륭해요. 훌륭한 서비스와 맛있는 고기 때문에 저는 계속해서 이 식당으로 돌아갈 준비가 되어 있어요. 이 식당을 꼭 방문해 보는 것을 추천합니다. 여러분의 미각 수용기는 이 요리들을 좋아할 것입니다. ^^ Ushiya restaurant has many branches in South Korea and I think I visited all of them in Busan and each restaurant had amazing service and high quality products. Every time I visit any of the Ushiya restaurants in Busan I get a gastronomic pleasure and I’m absolutely delighted. It’s an amazingly atmospheric place. The quality of meat in this restaurant is at a high level. The top-grade beef prepared in this restaurant is excellent in any form from raw to fried, it's a taste bud paradise, really. And the staff is very responsive and most importantly presents and describes the dishes in English or uses a translator on their phone for this, so if you don’t speak Korean at all it’s not a problem. The menu consists of courses or individual items, but I recommend you take a course and also complement your dishes with drinks and try a choice of sake or draft beer.
