V-Nam Bistro has good flavors in the pho. I ordered the brisket pho and the crab rangoons. Pretty good. You order at the counter. The prices were a little higher than I expected. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Crab Rangoon
