Absolutely amazing. I’m sorry I didn’t take pictures because oh boy was it worth it. We got the tequeños, bite-size cheese sticks but better with a dough covering them. I’ll dream with them and the sweet patacon mix. My boyfriend got the Vaco bowl. Everything was so delicious. We finished with some iced coffees, tiramisu, and churro. You could taste the coffee, which is very important for us when getting flavored lattes. Most of the time, they taste like milk with a cheap syrup. NOT THE CASE HERE. The coffee was perfect. The guy that helped us was so sweet and friendly. You could tell he genuinely cared. The ambience was like some soft bossa nova. The truck itself is so pretty decorated, and the food is well explained in the menu. Definitely recommend. I would be back every day if I could!!! I tried Vaco House for the first time today and it was amazing!!! We had an arepa, an empanada, and two of the tres leches desserts and everything was so delicious and flavorful. I would highly recommend and will be back soon to try all the other menu items! Also, the owner was so lovely and gave really amazing service. I really appreciated the vegetarian options.
