VICO is a must for pizza when in Taranto. It was recommended to us by the owner of our B&B. I’ve had really good pizza, so I thought, how good could a pizza be? Turns out, VICO has the best pizza I’ve ever had. The crust is amazing. The toppings are simple so a handful of flavours can shine through. And magically, VICO only stocks 1 bottle of red wine: Passo del Cardina. Turns out, it’s a fantastic bottle! A wonderful evening dining al fresco in a quiet courtyard on tasty, tasty food. ——- Le cibo da Vico - buonissimo! Era forse la migliore pizza che abbia mai mangiato! Con una buona bottiglia di rosso, seduto fuori... una squisita esperienza! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €10–20
