My wife and I accidentally stumbled upon this small and cozy Italian restaurant—lucky for us! The friendliness and professionalism of Tanabe-san were impeccable. His cleanliness and the quality of the food were impressive. Having spent nearly eleven years working as a chef in Italy, I consider myself quite knowledgeable about Italian cuisine. I can confidently say that the baccalà mantecato, the sarde in saor, and the pasta with baby shrimp prepared by Tanabe-san were as close as you can get to authentic Italian food — if not even better.
