Ordering perfectly cooked vegetable pizza is what many clients recommend. A lot of guests highlight that the staff is gracious at this pizzeria. Spectacular service is something visitors agree upon here. Pay average prices for eating at VIPizza. As most reviewers affirm, the atmosphere is pleasant. But a number of people who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

As someone who frequentsly visited this restautant there have been a lot of changes. The restaurant changed from CiCi's Pizza to VIPizza. Also this place is under new onwership and they have added Rita's Italion Ice and ice cream. Unfortunately the restaurant is hardly ever open now. Although the sign says buffet the new owner told us that it was take out only and they are not doing buffet. Also the new owner is not friendly and honestly quite rude when it comes ot customer service. The previous staff with Brenda and the other young lady are no longer there and quality of the pizza and service has went down horribly. Not to mention the new owner who cooks some time blows his nose and wipes with hands but doesn't wash his hands. We went there three days straight and the place never open from 11 to 1pm. At one point they were only putting pizza out as people came in and I was okay with that change especially if the place wasn't crowded. So sad this was a nice place with a great service and good pizza. The salad bar is no longer in use. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went at 3 for late lunch/early dinner. Only about 8 pieces of BROWN lettuce and several empty trays on the "salad bar". Some trays were full. All the pizzas were dried up. We were so disappointed. We had always liked Cici's and this was certainly not like Cici's.There was no one at the counter at all. Felt like it was closed. If they want to stay in business, they better improve! This place is absolutely disgusting. My husband used to love it when it was cicis. Now, the quality has gone down about as far as it can go. We went on a holiday weekend and there were only 2 pizzas on the buffet. Had to wait about 15 min for the sole employee to get some more pizzas out, in between going to work the front. The pasta bar was so extra soggy noodles floating in not quite clear water, and marinara sauce that tasted like just plain tomato sauce, no seasonings. The salad bar had a sprinkling of moldy lettuce (covered in red spots), and everything we got from there was rotten. Cucumbers were slimy. Beets were tangy like they had fermented. Jalapeños were mushy and also starting to ferment. When we told the employee the salad bar items were rotten, he looked doubtful and just sniffed them. The pizza that eventually got churned out was not even cicis quality (which is already not amazing but at least safe for consumption). The mixed veggie pizza also tasted like the veggies were rotten. The spinach pizza was just cheese and frozen spinach. No flavor, no alfredo sauce, just really gross. Everything was filthy also. The tables, floors, and even chairs were so sticky. The bathroom smelled terrible like dirty mop water, and there was grime everywhere. My husband really wanted to love this place, and is hopeful that maybe it was just an off day, but honestly the health department should be called on this place. Food doesn't go rotten in just 1 day, sticky grime doesn't accumulate on all surfaces in just 1 day. The least I can do is put a review so no one else tries to bring their family here.
