What a beautiful experience we had at Osteria Villadorata. We are travelling around the south of Italy from Australia and I am a chef myself with past experiences in Michelin star restaurants and I have to say, if you are in Noto and want a beautiful dinner experience this restaurant is the place to go. Chiara and the lovely Argentinean girl on the floor were very attentive, we have a 3 years old daughter and straight away they offered her a notebook and some colour pencils to keep her entertained. Food was fantastic, straight to the point, quality fresh ingredients focusing on true Sicilian flavours without pretentious expensive dishes that looks half decent and taste like nothing. We started with a delicious grilled eggplant followed by tortelli alla norma and plin ravioli both 10 out of 10. For dessert we shared a warm brioche seriously to die for. We unfortunately didn't try the wines but the list is very extensive and with many quality bottles from around Italy and local wineries. My congratulations to the team for giving us such a lovely and flawless experience at their Restaurant Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
