Hello Alexandra- We are so sorry to hear you did not enjoy Vibe. I just watched the film, and our team was very busy and overwhelmed when you came in. Usually our service is top notch- it is rare for us to hear this kind of feedback so I want to get to the bottom of it. Our food on the other hand is made only from the cleanest and best ingredients- all gluten free, GMO free, and refined sugar free. We are sorry you found them mid, but you ordered a Toasty Proscuitto with no Proscuitto - so I agree that would be really bland and mid. Our chicken salad toast is a fan favorite- and organic and seed oil free which you cannot find anywhere else. Our food is super clean and is not for everyone. It is very rare that someone gives us a one star- we work really hard to be a five star place. But it is a human endeavor. We would always appreciate direct feedback as we want our customers to leave thrilled-. Well, we appreciate the feedback on our pricing, amazing bowls, smoothies and best ingredients. We do in fact REALLY care about cleanliness. We have been SO busy the last couple of weeks- which we are beyond grateful for- as being a small, local and independent business is so hard. (Thus, the lack of them in the burbs). With the vibrant nature of the food we serve- the lobby can quickly look like a disaster. Granola drops, spills happen, people track in dirt from outside, honey gets everywhere. We do in fact, wipe everything down out-front multiple times a day, at end of day vacuum, mop and we are constantly sanitizing like crazy- thus our terrific health scores. We apologize that you have the wrong impression about us and think we don't care- we care DEEPLY about everything we do being the best for our customers. Our dedication to reading every label, spending 4x what a typical restaurant would on nut butters, protein powders, animal products is in our DNA and helping people feel their best though food is our mission. We wish we could afford to have extra workers standing by to clean everything as it happens, but that has not been in the cards. Maybe someday.
