Customer Service was lacking. Asked several times to be helped with VR booths and got forgotten about everytime. Was there for a birthday party that should have been set up before arrival and we had to wait for the young man to get the table supplies. Only one person to show the kids how to use the v r sets, so it took thirty minutes to get seven or eight kids set up while everyone else waited. Cool vibe, but they needed more attentive help

We had a blast here! We took our son on spring break, the place offers a lot! We enjoyed VR and we all 3 played together, then we hit up the arcade and saw all those games! This is really awesome with all the variety it offers, if you like to game on the PC they have the full set up for that too. For parents, they even offer bar drinks if you like that. Their food menu was pretty awesome too!! We look forward to coming back and enjoying more fun!!

VR1 Arcade in Meridian is a hidden gem! From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. The staff are not only friendly but genuinely attentive — making sure everyone, from the “old guys” to the little ones, knows how to play and enjoy each game. The owner is a solid 10 — super responsive, present, and clearly passionate about creating a great guest experience. The facility is clean, modern, and not one of those thrown-together arcades. Even the bathrooms were spotless — and somehow, they even managed to clean my wife’s shoes while we were there! We didn’t expect much from the food, but it turned out to be surprisingly good — definitely exceeded our expectations. And the prices? Incredibly reasonable for everything you get. This place is fun for the whole family, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
