I cannot say enough good about this place. The service is smooth, the prices are reasonable for the quality of product, and the food is phenomenal. All of their pork is exceptional, but their pastor needs to be nationally recognized - crispy and tender, with the perfect balance of savory, fruity, and spicy (both spices and heat), this is easily the best al pastor I’ve ever eaten. Wash it down with a swig of Jarritos Mexican Cola and you have one of the best flavor experiences in North Alabama. Also of note is the salsas, which are fresh and complement the meats perfectly. Ordered ahead a tray of carne asada and a tray of al pastor tacos for a small work event. Not a taco leftover, they were absolutely delicious. Group was torn on which was better so can't go wrong with either. Highly recommend trying Valentina's!
