Valerich, a Lipetsk establishment that serves up classic Soviet cuisine, boasts a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. The menu is typical for the city, with moderate prices. The restaurant has two restrooms, one of which is located in the hallway. However, the establishment could benefit from further embracing its Soviet theme with more themed items on the menu and entertainment.
The food at Valerich can be hit or miss. While some dishes are delicious, such as the salad, others like the meat and fish platters leave something to be desired. One standout dish is the shashlik, a traditional Russian skewered meat dish. The bar offers a variety of cocktails and soft drinks, as well as a decent wine selection.
The ambiance at Valerich is cozy and intimate, with live music adding to the atmosphere. The interior design is reminiscent of the Soviet era, with posters and artwork adorning the walls. Prices are reasonable for the quality of food and service provided.
Located in the heart of Lipetsk, Valerich is easily accessible and a great spot for a night out. The outdoor seating area makes it a lovely place to visit during warm weather.
Overall, Valerich is a fine dining spot that offers patrons a nostalgic trip back to the Soviet era. While improvements could be made in terms of the menu and entertainment, the atmosphere and friendly staff make it a worthwhile visit.
