Great spot with excellent gluten-free options! The staff was super friendly, spoke great English, and really understood gluten allergies and cross-contamination. I had the gluten-free Saltado de Pollo—the sauce looked slightly different from my friend's regular version, but it tasted delicious. Felt completely safe eating here!
