Last night me and my mother, my best friend and her mother and another of our friends went to Valkyrie. I’ve known this establishment for years and this was my first time being there since 2016. I wanted my family and friends to experience something different. They were so elated and excited , until our waitress. First, she was not approachable and her demeanor was off putting. Second, the biggest concern was she took my best friends unfinished drink without asking and we waved her down and said she wasn’t finished with her drink. Then she brings back the same Cup she took and refilled it. We then addressed the situation head on and said this isn’t okay. In a time where me and my black friends and family are being targeted “such as Texas Roadhouse white employees spitting in black peoples food, also not to mention my best friend and I have both been drugged by unattended drinks or by drinks we didn’t see the bartender actually poor the drink. I am not saying this young lady did anything bad to the drink , nor am I saying she’s racist. What I’m pointing out is that the service was very suspicious and reckless.
