The self-checkout sensitivity is really bad. The quality is quite poor compared to self-checkouts at competing stores. At the self-checkout counter, the clerk always monitors the situation on a PC, but because of the poor sensitivity, they are constantly having to visit various customers to give explanations and warnings, so I think it would be better to use a regular or semi-self-checkout system. Many of the store staff are also unfriendly. There's no need to smile, but it's a harsh thing to say. Although it has been renewed, it is still lower than Albis, Maxvalu, and Osakaya.
