Were there on a Wednesday evening. We couldn't get a seat without booking in advance. Nevertheless, everything went quickly and the staff was very attentive!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Sehr Gutes Essen

I've known the "Valtellina" since 1995. It's an institution in Bad Godesberg. I like going there: you usually sit well, the atmosphere is home-style in the best sense of the word and still conveys something of the former Bad Godesberg, which I find very pleasant. The food is ok, but I don't think it's that cheap anymore for what's on offer, after the prices were increased by 15% about 1.5 years ago. I always enjoy eating the Involtini della Casa (27 euros) and have for years. But they were more tender and the mushroom sauce was more aromatic. I think the side dishes for the meat dishes are delicious: fried potatoes, fried vegetables, not too much. The wine selection is good, and when it comes to desserts, the zabaglione still tastes heavenly! The waitresses have all been working there for a long time, which speaks for the restaurant.
