I had one of the most disappointing experiences in Dubai at Vapiano Nakheel Mall branch. restaurants located in Nakheel Mall. I ordered a Greek salad and mentioned to the cook at least twice with the cheese on the side since I wanted to share it with my friend who cannot eat cheese. Once the waiter comes with the salad, he brings all together with the cheese and I kindly reminded him that I requested the cheese on the side, and unfortunately he would have to bring another one. For my surprise, after 5 minutes the same waiter comes with the SAME salad and cheese just manually removed and placed in other plate. This could be easily seen as there were all traces of feta cheese in the salad, basically white spots all around. At this time, my reaction was not the same as the first mistake, he agreed that the cheese was just removed and said he would bring a new one now. I firmly refused and demanded him to just remove it from my order since I did not want to eat anything else apart from the pasta I was about to finish. I have been living in Dubai for almost a decade and I had high expectations regarding the local training required for people working at F&B sector. This industry deals with food that can severely affect the health of someone. Of course this has been brought to the attention to the "chef in charge" who poorly addressed it and said sorry. Definitely I would not recommend it to anyone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
