I belong to the party of 27 /3 /2024 tabel 501 time 19.30. Me and my friends review M.A went out to eat here and it was a shame, it’s a shame that when I go out in Holland to eat I have to speak English this is just not England or america .. .. so I would appreciate if I could just be normal you get some waitress and personal that know Dutch that’s just the truth .. because you can’t expect everyone in holland to know English because this is not England..not even the manager spoke Dutch this formed a barrier for communication.after starting the night positive with cocktails, because we had something to celebrate it turned quickly sour with the service and how dirty the place was . Picked up a few plates to make some room for me and my friends after waiting for hours and getting the most nasty food ever we were escorted out by 4 guards because we were complaining about a dish that we waited for 90 minutes . Speaking with a manager that looked like he did coke please just don’t go there the hygiene is the worst .. dishes get recycled. Bugs in the tree it should be closed a is simply unworthy of being a Vapiano location . After having beautiful experiences eating in at vapianos in Den haag Rotterdam and Barcelona this is a stain on the brand. I ordered a Lemonade drink and it took them 45 minutes to make it. I asksed the bartender twice for my drink and she almost threw it in my face saying here you go as if she's paying for it herself. I get that it's a busy place but no drink takes 45 minutes to make. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
