Taste is good BUT Poor customer service. I raised my concern about my order of 3 milk teas na there were no ice in it. He/she explained that they only add gamay na ice para di moawas specially sa medium sized. I said the drinks were not cold and no ice jud. They just replied "Okay mam" "Mao ba mam". Naay nayabo sa drinks pero gi ingnan ra kog sala na sa driver. You could've apologized in behalf of the driver sa nahitabo sa imong customer. Is that how you handle concerns? Please improve or learn unsaon pag reply sa customers. Para sa business ra pud ninyo. God bless.
