Rome has that charm you can feel on every street corner, but this apartment near the Vatican had something truly special. A place full of history, with a warm and peaceful energy, where I felt comfortable, positive, and truly “at home” even far away from home. Every detail preserved the authenticity of Italy, and the host — incredibly charismatic and thoughtful — made the whole experience even more memorable. It’s the kind of place you don’t just stay in, you actually feel and live and a place I already know I want to return to.

The host made sure you had a great time at the dinner party. They served the most heartfully-prepared food and wine with warmth and elegancy. Their place was like a little museum that you’d love to explore if you have time. Just make sure you ask about the price if you are a traveller on budget like me.
