Nice and cozy atmosphere indeed, but the biggest disappointment came from the tea-for a place that sells so many tea varieties, it is normal to be disappointed when instead of tea you find water only! No tea leaves in the tea pot, only water with very light fruity taste!!! I ordered jasmine breeze, apparently they served me something else, and the waitress was really rude, when I said that this is not what I ordered, and it is not mine mistake! Do not recommend to real tea lovers, nor for people that appreciate nice food and service. After paying 73lv.for a salad, pasta and a starter plus this watery drink, one would expect at least nice service. It is human to make mistakes, but it takes a lot to admit it. Some strange performances lately: I ordered via Takeaway. The order was not fulfilled like the people - the dessert was missing. When I called, I received a tempting offer - we're sorry, you'll get it on the spot, but today. Will you be able to today or when? Meaning, if I want to go through I probably won't order with delivery at all. Second thing - when buying a candy, you cannot get 1 piece. They were only sold in sets of 3. Otherwise, a single price is written on the window, but nowhere is it mentioned that they oblige you to take 3 pieces. Speaking of the deliciousness you offer Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Veda House impressed me with its calm atmosphere, cleanliness and affordable prices. Vegan dishes, tea varieties and desserts are quite diverse and delicious. You should especially try chocolate tea. Vegetarian options are plentiful and satisfying. I had breakfast and lunch here for two days. It makes the interior feel warm and homey. Definitely a place I will visit again!
