VEL Milano, da provare per intraprendere un viaggio spaziale. Qui l'ordinario si trasforma in un'esperienza culinaria multisensoriale dove ogni piatto è un pianeta da esplorare. Prima arrivano i profumi, sono intensi e al tempo stesso delicati, poi si inizia ad ammirare la composizione degli ingredienti, ti dispiace quasi doverli toccare ma non puoi resistere, devi assaggiare ed è li che ti accorgi che le sorprese non sono finite: abbinamenti mai provati prima, consistenze quasi impossibili da riprodurre a casa, un' esaltazione degli elementi che ti distrae da qualunque pensiero e ti cattura completamente, lasciandoti sorpreso e spiazzato. Lo chef riesce con le sue opere d'arte a farti vivere il momento presente e desiderare che duri il più a lungo possibile. Tutto questo si svolge in un ambiente elegante, raffinato dall'atmosfera accogliente, con un servizio attento e per nulla invasivo ed accompagnato da vini scelti con cura da un sommelier bravissimo.
