Veli is actually located inside another restaurant, Mongolian Quick Box. Food is simple, basic Vietnamese cuisine. The boyfriend and I tried their spring rolls, together with a few dishes from the other restaurant. The spicy chili sauce needs a little more kick but it fairly complements the fresh taste of the rolls. 3.5 stars!
