I had an amazing experience! The oxtail and grits were absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned, tender, and full of flavor. It was easily one of the best dishes I’ve had in a long time. The service was just as impressive as the food. Everyone on the staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The team made sure we had everything we needed and checked in regularly without being overbearing. A special shoutout to Kaiya, the manager, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. She made an effort to connect with every table, making guests feel valued and appreciated. Her positive energy and genuine hospitality really stood out and elevated the entire dining experience. Great food, great service, and an overall wonderful atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an excellent meal and outstanding customer service! We had an amazing dining experience at Velour! We ordered the Velour Breakfast, and it was absolutely phenomenal—everything was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The service was just as impressive. Our server, Kayla, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the menu, offered excellent recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her outstanding service made our experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely be dining here again and highly recommend Velour to anyone looking for an exceptional breakfast and top-notch service! Velour Restaurant was absolutely amazing! The food was incredible, the restaurant itself is gorgeous, and the entire atmosphere is just a vibe. The staff was so nice and welcoming, and we absolutely loved our waitress—she made the experience even better! The music, the energy, everything was truly 10/10. I had the snapper and I’m STILL thinking about how delicious it was… easily one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time! Highly recommend—this place is a must!
