They have pizza by the slice now! At least at lunch, only $5 and it's as big as the dinner plate. The almond crust pizza is good - a very solid meal for two at least. I want to try the quinoa-crust sometime but you have to call a day ahead and I haven't done that yet. Try the calzones too! Fun interior decor. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Velvet Elvis at La Misión is absolutely amazing. I've gone many times and experienced their lovely handmade pizzas and signature margaritas during their dinner hours and have always been satisfied each time! While I love going for dinner as their pizza never gets old, I recently learned their morning bistro is just as spectacular as well. The experience of sitting down in the early hours to enjoy their French press coffee and homemade pastries with the music is such a great way to start the day. Their quiches are to die for as well! Sometimes I'll get a Mexican hot chocolate to switch it up! I highly recommend going for their bistro hours, you'll be happy you did!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch
