I've ordered from this location several times and they got my delivery order wrong three times. I didn't bother saying anything the first couple times, but the third time, I called to let them know. They said they'd refund the error but never did. Because they rarely answer the phone, it's difficult to reach anyone for resolution. Their food quality is also poor compared to other Velvet Taco locations. I received queso from them that had the texture of gum, and no amount of reheating or added liquid would solve the problem. 3/31 UPDATE: The business responded to my original review requesting that I email them, which I did. Not only did they not respond to my email, but they still have not issued my refund from January 26th for my incorrect order and still are not answering their phone. Terrible customer service, terrible food, and terrible order accuracy. It's too bad, because this location ruins the reputation for a chain that has other, better-performing locations.
