I was totally disappointed with this location of Velvet Taco. I loved eating at Velvet when I lived in Houston and was very excited that they opened one in Charlotte. When we entered, the line was out the door, but everyone in line soon realized there was no one working the cash register to take orders. The chefs in the back said that the manager walked out and that there was no one taking orders. Very bizarre and everyone eventually walked out. I usually don’t write reviews but this was pretty unbelievable. Might try the other Charlotte location, but this one was a bust. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
