This place is absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with genuine kindness and exceptional customer service. We had the pleasure of meeting the regional manager, who was warm, friendly, and truly wonderful. The entire team went above and beyond. They came from behind the counter to introduce themselves, took the time to engage with our children, and made us feel like valued guests instead of just customers. The desserts were absolutely scrumptious and unlike anything we've ever had. We were especially grateful that they offered delicious plant based options, which made the experience even better. This wasn't just a stop for dessert. It was an experience we'll always remember. We will definitely be back, and we hope they remember us because we certainly won't forget them. We highly recommend this place! Our three girls loved everything about this place . 7/23/2026 Inside joke: Always a New Yorker!!! I wanted to update my review because I felt it was important to recognize Mr. Joseph and Ms. Anita. They are two of the kindest, most pleasant people I have met in a long time. My family and I were truly grateful for their kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine consideration of our dietary needs. They work incredibly well together, run the business with excellence, and create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was an absolute joy spending time with them, and they made our entire experience even more memorable. They are a true asset to this establishment, and we look forward to seeing them again. They are absolutely worth sitting in traffic for.

Hands-down, best chocolate shop that I have been to in a very long time and absolutely refreshing that everything is of such high quality — all while being palm oil free and many of the chocolates are rainforest alliance certified. It’s all made in Italy with pure ingredients, including hazelnuts from the very place that the company is based in, and I’m just so thrilled that this place exists in this area. Can’t go wrong eating chocolate here, can’t go wrong gifting here either. There are many plant based options, which is really thrilling for people with allergies and people who are abstaining from commercial dairy for ethical reasons wherever they can. It just so happens to be naturally gluten-free too. Yet, everything is so incredibly good that I can’t even pick a favorite. The gelato is also incredible — best mango gelato I’ve ever tasted. The folks who work there are knowledgeable, kind, and very welcoming. It was such a wonderful experience, and I look forward to more lovely chocolates when these chocolates are finished. You can get them by the piece, which was really nice because then you could mix and match. They also sell premade gift sets as well. This is 100% where I will be doing chocolate shopping for the holidays for folks who appreciate and adore high-quality chocolates. I just had to write a review after going there today!! My mind is still blown that this exists here.

Shawn & Joe helped my daughters and I with our Gelato experience. We got the baby hazelnut waffle cones, and the start to finish was much more luxury than I expected. You get a venchi Chocolate treat on top and as well as a choice of one of three delicious truffles. This is not your ordinary gelato experience!
