Il cavallo di battaglia di Venchi sono le storiche Nougatine: croccanti nocciole Piemonte I.G.P. caramellate e ricoperte di cioccolato fondente.
Buonissima la linea di cioccolatini fondenti Blend e GranBlend, sottili e perfetti per le degustazioni e per accompagnare con un buon caffè e le praline "Fruttati" ovvero un delizioso strato di cioccolato Ecuador 56% che racchiude una ganache di cioccolato e scorzette d'arancia, oppure una pasta di cocco al naturale, o un ripieno di crema di lamponi o di mirtilli.
La produzione in diretta della crema da spalmare in due versioni entusiasma la vista. Fa venire l’acquolina in bocca il gusto gianduja ricco di nocciola Piemonte e il gusto fondente con cacao di nobili origini.
