They told us at the entrance that they do not charge for cover, but on the bill they put €4.50 for service, a 1 liter bottle of water €4.50, I have eaten spaghetti carbonara 3 times on my trip to Italy and these have been the worst, poor quality of food, excellent service from the waiters Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €30–40 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We spotted this restaurant while passing it by on a gondola. The cutest quiet place in lights looked like a hidden gem and promised a romantic atmosphere. In fact it turned to be some kind of fake Venetian restaurant with a pictured menu translated to all possible languages, very average but overpriced food (+ 2,5 coperto and 15% service on top), inattentive service and inappropriate music (some pop-hits).The restaurant shares the terrace with a trattoria (on the right) that looks more authentic and was full in contrast to empty Venice Delights so maybe it makes sense to try it there if you want to visit this lovely corner. The location is the only thing there that deserves stars.
