Il ristorante, aperto nel 2012, ha come missione principale far degustare e scoprire i sapori della terra, anzi delle terre della titolare. Una sala intima che accoglie ogni commensale come se fosse ospite consueto di una casa. Fare un viaggio in paesi est europei offrendo una varietà di piatti delle cucine ucraine russe e georgiane,sorseggiando un calice di vino moldavo o un liquore polacco. Perché non bisogna mai rinnegare le origini, e le nostre sono così, miste. Come un olivier o una borsch. Variopinte ed entusiasmanti.
