First of all, we were not informed that al fresco dining was not an option for ala carte, so we agreed to go for the buffet to have the al fresco dining experience. Still, the woman behind the counter was imposing on us to go for indoor dining instead because "it was cold outside." We had our jackets ready and all, so we still wanted to go for the al fresco dining. Second of all, the reservation did not have any point at all. Our reservation was at 6:00 PM, but we waited for 50 minutes more because as they said, "The tables are still full for al fresco dining." So basically, they were forcing us to go for indoor dining because they failed to reserve our tables. ??? Third of all, the service was the worst. We are not sure if the servers and the woman who handles the reservation are not paid properly which causes the BEYOND AWFUL service. Lastly, I ordered pizza, and it was cold, bland, and burnt. Like Gordon Ramsay said, "this pizza is so disgusting, if you take it to Italy you’ll get arrested." My simple request for the food was not even taken into account. ?

If I could, I would not give any star at all. Even so, I will give the 1 star for the stunning Taal view which we went to when we were waiting for our supposed reservation; the rest is horrendous.

I would never recommend this place to the people who are dear to me. I am hoping for some improvement the next time I will visit (but given their standards, I will most probably not visit again).

One of the worst dining experience we had. No one was assisting us as to where we can sit, we tried to call on the waiter to ask for the menu but the waiters kept on ignoring us. Poor customer service. Not recommended.

Their chicken inasal was very dry like it came out of the fridge and just re-heated it. We requested for a fresh batch and thankfully, they replaced it. The new batch was waaaaay better than their initial serving. The service and ambiance was good. ??
