I know that the Mandeville restaurant is closed but I really loved that place. I very had bad service or food there. I was so disappointed to come back into town. I have lived in Tennessee since Katrina and was thrilled when I found out that Vera's had built a place right by my house in Mandeville. That is the first place I would go to eat when I came back into town!l Now I will have to go to Slidell to get my Vera fix..lol!

The manager needs to be fired. Staff needs to be trained properly. Short handed or not. No excuse for a manger who fails at leading her team and doesn’t appreciate customer feedback. Unprofessional and sad! Train your staff how to take an order and deliver the order. Waitress should be aware of what was ordered and ensure they deliver the proper order as well especially when it was ordered by the customer to them 10 minutes before they took the order and served it up wrong times 2. This has nothing to do with being short staffed when the place is 80percent empty.
