Some of the best cocktails in Bulverde and perfect for a date night! My husband and I decided to go to Verde Bistro for our first date night after welcoming our baby and it didn't disappoint! We were starving when we got there and the food came out quickly and piping hot. I was worried that I'd still be hungry when we were done, but everything was filling and we were both satisfied. For drinks, I got the Mexican Martini then switched to the Cucumber Mint Martini after and loved both. My husband got the Smoked Old Fashion and then got the Flaming Lips. He's the type that thinks that nothing is really spicy, but the Flaming Lips knocked him on his a$$ lol so be careful with that one! For food, we started with the Argentinian Empanadas and the spicy pesto on the side was sooo good. I regret not saving the rest of it and using it on the other dishes we ordered, so do that or ask for more on the side! Next, we got the Local Grass-Fed Beef Sliders and these were very filling and larger than I thought they'd be. After that, we got the Verde Tacos and they were so good that I fought my husband for the last one (and won). Lastly, we got the Cheese Cake w/ Chocolate Sauce and that was the perfect cherry on top. We already can't wait to go back!
